WARRANTY



All BRV sunglasses are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized BRV Dealer. BRV warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of BRV products will void warranty.


Scratched lenses are not covered under BRV's warranty policy. Replacement lenses can be purchased through BRV, www.bluereefvision.com.au


If your BRV sunglasses are a discontinued model, you may be eligible for a new model.

WARRANTY CLAIM

Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. BRV is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • Your name, return address and telephone number.
  • The BRV tracking number – provided by completing the BRV warranty form.
  • A brief description of the problem or service you are requesting.
  • A copy of your dated receipt and/or additional information as requested by BRV Customer Care.
