All BRV sunglasses are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorised BRV Dealer AND a completed warranty registration card which must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. BRV warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of BRV products will void warranty.
Scratched lenses are not covered under BRV's warranty policy. Replacement lenses can be purchased through BRV, www.bluereefvision.com.au
If your BRV sunglasses are a discontinued model, you may be eligible for a new model.
Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. BRV is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
